Some organizations might want timesheet or timeoff approvers to only view the information while approving and not to edit them.

Steps to disable an approver from editing the timesheet or timeoff:

  • Login as Administrator.
  • Click on Administration tab in the top menu.
  • Click on Permissions under Users/Departments section in the side menu.
  • Edit the permission profile on which you want to make the changes.
  • Expand Approvals by clicking on '+' beside it.
  • Under the Timesheet section locate Time Information and Time Off.
  • Uncheck the option Edit beside Time Information and Time Off.
  • Save the permission.
