Summary:
There could various reasons why a Supervisor or Administrator who is trying to set up a schedule for a user is not able to see that users name in the schedule page.

  • Users must have both the correct license seat (Web Schedule) and permissions (View Own Schedule).
  • If the Include sub-departments check box is disabled, or if hierarchy filtering is enabled in your system.
  • If the user list is long, You may need to scroll or navigate to another page to see some users.
