How does ‘Timesheet Entries Without Hours’ work in ‘Time Entry Status’ filter in Timesheet Detail report?

Find resources designed to help you get the most from Replicon

Summary:
Timesheet Entries Without Hours means '0' hours (Please refer to the attached screenshot). This option works when one or more of the following conditions listed below are met.

  • There is a Timesheet Cell-level User Defined Field containing a value, but no time entries have been made.
  • A Comment has been entered in the associated time-cell, however no time entries have been made.
  • Zero hour has been manually entered in the time entry box.

Based on the above conditions, the filter can narrow down to the Zero hour cells with the associated data (UDF/comment/zero data). A cell may have been left intentionally blank which does not mean it is a Zero hour entry.
