How to disable a user in Web TimeSheet?

- Log into Web TimeSheet as the administrator.
- Click Administration at the top menu.
- Select Users from the left pane, under Shortcuts or Users/Departments category. The List Users screen appears.
- Click the Edit button beside the user name or double click on the user name who need to be disabled. The Edit User screen appears.
- In the Access tab, check off Disable Login option, found under the Login category.
- Click Save.
