A Reported Schedule can only be edited by a user who created it and not by other regular users.
However, If you are a Web TimeSheet administrator, you can find out which user setup up the report by running the Report Schedule report. After finding the user who set up the schedule report, you can set yourself up as a substitute user for that employee, log in as that user and edit the report schedule.

Switch over to the specific user using the substitute user option, then follow the steps below to edit the scheduled report,

  • Click on Reports on the top menu.
  • Click on the Report Schedules.
  • Click on the Edit icon next to the scheduled report.
  • Once the necessary changes are made click on Save.
