How to set password policies in Web TimeSheet?

In order to secure the users login, Web TimeSheet has password policies for advanced security which an administrator can set when a user changes his/her password.

Please follow the steps:

  • Log in to Web TimeSheet with administrative privileges.
  • Click on Administration from the top menu.
  • Click on System Preferences under the System tab on the left pane. The System Preferences page appears.
  • Select General tab in the System Preferences page.
  • Enable the check box next to (based on your requirement)

    • Passwords must contain a mix of letters and numbers
    • Passwords must contain special characters (punctuation, etc)
    • Passwords must contain upper and lower case characters
    • Password minimum length.
  • Click on Save.
