• Log into Web TimeSheet as the administrator.
  • Click Administration at the top menu.
  • Select Permissions from the left pane, located under the Users/Departments category.
  • Pick a permission from the list that is assigned to a single user or a group of users for whom the Locked In-out timesheet format need to take effect. To pick a permission, click the Edit button (represented by a notepad & pencil icon) next to the respective permission or click the underlined permission name. The Edit Permissions page appears.
  • Expand the Timesheet option by clicking the '+' symbol next to it.
  • Click the drop-down next to Use Timesheet.
  • Pick Locked In-out from the drop-down list.
  • Click Save at the bottom.
