Select Permissions from the left pane, located under the Users/Departments category.
Pick a permission from the list that is assigned to a single user or a group of users for whom the Locked In-out timesheet format need to take effect. To pick a permission, click the Edit button (represented by a notepad & pencil icon) next to the respective permission or click the underlined permission name. The Edit Permissions page appears.
Expand the Timesheet option by clicking the '+' symbol next to it.
