Some organizations add disclaimers to outgoing e-mails. These disclaimers are not added by the sender, but by the mail server. Thus, even if the user removes the signature and makes sure the e-mail body is blank before manually adding the timesheet information, the mail server would eventually add the disclaimer to the outgoing mail.
This would not allow the timesheet to update in the Web TimeSheet and returns an error.
