Send Report To box may contain some missing names in the Web TimeSheet at times when no Internal Email address has been assigned to the user in Web TimeSheet user profile. This can be easily seen when there are no users with an Internal email addresses are available. (Please refer to attached screenshot). This field populates only those users who have Internal Email address added in Web TimeSheet.

To add an Internal email address for the affected user:

  • Log into Web TimeSheet with administrative privileges.
  • Click on Administration tab
  • Click on Users under Shortcuts from the left side menu.
  • Double click the affected user from the list to edit.
  • Enter a valid Internal Email Address.
  • Click Save.
  • Go back to schedule a report and the user's name should now be available in the Send Report To box.
