Scenario:
A user may not be able to see the expense tab in the top menu though the Expense seat license is enabled for the user.

Cause:
This may be because the Expenses option is not selected in the user’s Permission. Follow the below given steps to enable Expenses in the user's permission.

  • Steps to enable Expenses in the user’s Permissions:
  • Log on to Web TimeSheet with Admin credentials, and check the permissions assigned to the User.
  • Select Permissions from the side menu, under Users/Departments.
  • Edit the Permission that is enabled for the user.
  • Enable Expenses option under System.
  • Click Save.
