Scenario:
When the role of an old supervisor expires and a new supervisor takes over, it's recommended to always have a start and end date set for the old supervisor and then click Add Supervisor button to add a new supervisor to the user's profile with a new start date (the end date can be left blank).
The start date of the old supervisor could be the start date of the user (for whom the supervisor was assigned to) and the end date would be the end date of the supervisor (the day when the supervisor changed for the user). The start date of the new supervisor will be adjacent to the end date of the old supervisor.
Example: If the end of the old supervisor is 09/15/2010, the start date of the new supervisor would be 09/16/2010. Doing so will be helpful when reporting on the user.
