Scenario:
The Internal and External e-mail address would not be shown in the offline timesheet and offline expense sheet if the Internal e-mail and External e-mail fields in the users profile on Web TimeSheet are empty.

Resolution:

The E-mail addresses can be updated in a users profile by an administrator by editing the users profile:

  • Click on the Administration tab in the top menu
  • Click on Users under Users/Departments in the side menu.
  • In the page listing the user names, click on the edit button beside the name or double click on the name.
  • In the Edit user page, update the Internal and External E-mail address.

For a timesheet user to update the Internal or External e-mail address, the users permission should have Change internal e-mail address and Change External e-mail address enabled under the Settings section. For a user to add or change the E-mail address:

  • Click on Settings from the top menu, Click Change E-Mail from the side menu.
  • Enter the new e-mail address (Internal and External) and click the Save button when done.
  • Internal and External-Email Address will be added/changed in the user's profile.
