The User Hours Details report has columns for Regular hours, Overtime hours and Time off hours.

Cause: if you are not able to see these columns in the report settings, you do not have the Time & Attendance seat assigned.

To enable the Time & Attendance seat perform the following steps:

  • Log into Web TimeSheet with administrative rights.
  • Click on the Administration icon in the top menu.
  • Click on Users in the left hand menu.
  • Edit the users profile by clicking on the edit icon beside the users name.
  • In the Access page enable the Time & Attendance in the Seat Assignments section.
  • Click on Save.
