Expenses can be entered against projects. When entering expenses, the appropriate project may be selected and then the expense entered. However, if there are multiple projects used in Web Timesheet, there is a possibility that the expense when entered can be entered against an incorrect project. There is an option in Web Timesheet to change the project even after the project is selected inappropriately.


  • After the project is selected and then, expenses saved, follow the steps below to change the project:
  • Go to the Expense tab in the top menu.
  • From the list of expenses, edit the expense that needs to be changed
  • Look for the double-sided arrow symbol and click on it
  • A new pop up will be displayed and the project may be changed here.
