Project Status' report will give the information about a Project if it is billable or non billable. To view this information, Use Billing information should be enabled under System Preferences.

Steps to enable Use Billing Information:

  • Log into Web TimeSheet as an administrator.
  • Click on Administration tab.
  • Under System click on System Preferences.
  • Now in the main screen under Usage enable 'Use Billing Information'.
  • Click on Save.

To run the Project Status Report follow the below steps:

  • Log into Web Timesheet.
  • Click on Reports tab.
  • Under Project Report folder click on Project Status Report.
  • Click on Settings tab.
  • Under Project/Task enable the column Project Billing Status.
  • Click on Save and Run Report.

The above steps will show a new column with Project Billing Status if it is billable or non billable.

The above column will display the Billing status for the Project and not for any tasks.
