Summary:
Once the roles are created in Roles/Rates and are made available in a Project, you can assign them to users in projects.

Follow the steps below to assign roles to a User:
  • Log into Web TimeSheet with appropriate permissions to edit the Project and rates.
  • Click on the Project icon in the top menu.
  • Edit the project that you want to make the changes to.
  • Click on the User Rate History icon next to the user name in the Project Team section.
  • Click on Assign Rates.
  • Check the boxes for the rate(s) you want to assign to the user.
  • Click on Save.
  • Click on Close.
  • Save the Project.
