SUMMARY:
  • Project notes are used to post notes about the progress of a specific project.
  • Users can then review the project notes to find information that pertains to their projects.
  • Project notes can be viewed by 2 different classification, Projects for which the notes have been posted or Users, who have posted the notes.
  • Project leaders may want to view notes by project, to determine how their projects are progressing. Users may want to view notes by user to review their own notes and to post updates.
     
Enabling Project Notes:
For a user to be able to see, add or delete project notes, the option "Add/Delete Project Notes" should be enabled under Projects section in the users permission.

Accessing Project Notes:
To access project notes, select Projects from the top menu and then select "Add Project Notes", "List Notes By Project "or "List Notes By User" under Project Notes section.
