Summary:
In Web TimeSheet a disclaimer can be setup on users’ timesheets, expense sheets, or approval pages. For example, you might want to include reminders for timesheet submission before due date, or avoid submitting timesheet without selecting tasks. Note that you can create one disclaimer for each category mentioned above.

In order to setup Disclaimers follow these steps:

  • Log into Web TimeSheet with administrative rights.
  • Click on Administration icon at the top.
  • In the left side menu, click on Disclaimers located under Communications.
  • Choose the Disclaimer Type and fill Description which will be displayed for the users.
