Summary:
External Users may not be able to approve Time entered for their projects if the permission is not been assigned to them.

To have the external users approve Timesheet follow the steps given below:

  • Log in as Administrator.
  • Click on Administration, from the top menu.
  • Click on Permissions under User/Department in the left menu.
  • In the Permission screen click on External User.
  • Expand the Approvals sub permission.
  • Check off Approve for Time Information.
  • Click Save.
