Summary:
A users banked time off may show up as 0(Zero) though there is a valid over time rule enabled for the user. This issue occurs when the users over time rule has an end date to it.

Please follow these steps below to remove the end date on users over time rule and then update the banked time.

Delete the End Date from the over time rule for the user:

  • Log in to Web TimeSheet with administrative privileges.
  • Click on the Administration tab from the top menu.
  • Click on Users under Shortcuts
  • Click the Edit button next to the user name.
  • Select the Advanced tab in the Edit Users screen.
  • Scroll down to Overtime Rule under the Others section
  • Click Edit Historical Overtime Rules next to Overtime Rule
  • Highlight the entire date in the End Date section.
  • Press the Delete or the Backspace key on the keyboard to delete the end date.
  • Click on Done
  • Click on Save

Re-open the users timesheet, save and submit it again to refresh the information:

  • Log in to Web TimeSheet with administrative privileges.
  • Click on the Administration tab from the top menu.
  • Click on Historical TimeSheet under Shortcuts
  • Filter the details based on the user.
  • Check the box next to the users name.
  • Click on Reopen
  • Check the box next to the users name again.
  • Click on the Save button
  • Check the box next to the users name.
  • Click on Save and Submit
