Summary:
When a user is trying to access the timesheet, it may stay at generating timesheet screen and would not display any data. Issue is noticed in Internet Explorer and Firefox browsers.

Cause:
AVG antivirus.

Resolution:
In the AVG anti-virus configuration box, look for LinkScanner (Refer to the attached screenshot).

Under the LinkScanner, disable SurfShield (Refer to the attached screenshot).

Note:
The issue could also be due to Internet Explorer-8 compatibility, please check if the Web TimeSheet URL is listed in the compatibility view settings of Internet Explorer-8
