• Log into Web TimeSheet as the administrator.
  • Click the Administration tab in the top menu.
  • Select Permissions under Users/Departments in the side menu.
  • Edit the permission profile assigned to the project leader / project manager.
  • Expand the Approvals category in the Edit Permissions page.
  • Put a check mark next to Timesheet –> Time Off in-order to view the ad-hoc time off on the timesheet.
  • Put a check mark next to Time Off Booking to view the user time off requests.
  • Click Save at the bottom.
