Administrator or any user who has permission to historical timesheet will not be able to view the timesheet for a newly created user, unless the user logs into Web Timesheet at-least once.

Scenario:
Admin creates a new user and saves the user profile. The user will receive a 'Welcome' email with the user name and password information. Now the user has never tried to sign into Web Timesheet with the provided user name and password. Next day if the administrator searches for this users timesheet under Historical Timesheet he will not be able to find it because the user has not yet logged into Web TimeSheet.

Note:
After user logs into Web Timesheet for first time it will generate the Timesheet only for the current period and not for any past or future periods, unless the user clicks on the past or future date on the timesheet calendar.
