The Web TimeSheet administrator has the capability to send Offline Timesheet to selected users from Historical Timesheets. (The Offline option has to be enabled in Historical Timesheets section under Administration settings of the Web TimeSheet administrators permission)

To send Offline TimeSheet from Historical Timesheets page:

  • Log into Web TimeSheet as the administrator.
  • Click on Historical Timesheets under Shortcuts from the side menu.
  • Select the User Name, Timesheet Period, Department and set the Approval Status filters to < All >.
  • Put a check mark in the check box beside the user name(s),
  • Click on Offline button.
  • The offline timesheet will be sent to the user.

To enable Offline option in the Historical Timesheets section under user’s permissions:

  • Log into Web TimeSheet as the administrator.
  • Edit the permission assigned to the user.
  • Expand Administration by clicking on '+'
  • Enable Offline option in the Historical Timesheets section under Administration.
  • Log off and Log back on to Web TimeSheet for the changes to take effect.
