Issue:
Client/External Approver drop-down displays none of the External Users in the project.

Cause:
This is because Client/External Approver option wouldn’t be enabled under Project option in the External Users permissions.

Solution:
Enable Client/External Approver option in the External Users permissions.

Note:
The only permission available for External Users is Client Approver permissions.

To enable Client/External Approver option in the Client Approver permission for the External Users:

  • Log in to Web TimeSheet as an Administrator.
  • Click on Administration icon in the top menu.
  • Click on Permissions under Users/Departments from the side menu.
  • Click on External Users Tab (Applicable to Project & Billing Edition).
  • Edit Client Approver permission.
  • Select Client/External Approver option under Projects.
  • Click Save.
