To grant External Users the ability to approve expenses submitted for a project, follow the steps given below:

  • Log in as administrator.
  • Click on the Administration tab.
  • Click on Permissions under Users/Department in the side menu.
  • In the permissions page, click the External User tab.
  • Click the edit button beside the permission assigned to the External user.
  • Expand Approvals by clicking on the '+' sign beside it.
  • Select Approve for Expense.
