Scenario:
A user worked overtime on Monday, but couldn't bank any time because the maximum balance to bank overtime had reached. The user then took time off in lieu on Tuesday and would like to know why the user is unable to bank those overtime hours worked on Monday.
 
Resolution:
In Web TimeSheet once you have been prevented from banking overtime because you have reached your maximum balance for banked time, you can not bank those hours once that day has passed. The hours are then calculated based on the pay code associated with that overtime hours.  Web TimeSheet can either bank the overtime hours for the user to book a time off at a later date or pay the user for the overtime hours he worked.
 
Note: Once the overtime is either banked or calculated for payout, it cannot be reversed.
