It is not possible to assign multiple Holiday calendars for a user. One of the reason why somebody would want to do this is, because the user moves between countries where holidays of both the countries may apply. In such a situation, a separate Holiday Calendar can be created manually which has holidays from both the countries that apply.  Enable the newly created Holiday calendar in the user profile.

To create a new Holiday Calendar, follow the steps given below:

  • Log into Web TimeSheet with adminsitrative privileges.
  • Click on Administration tab.
  • Click on Holidays under Timesheet Setup.
  • Click Add button.
  • Type in the name of the new holiday calendar.
  • Click Add button.
  • Specify Date and Description.
  • Click OK.
  • Repeat steps from 6 through 8 for other days which represent Holidays.
  • Click Save.

To assign the new holiday calendar to the relevant user, follow the steps given below:

  • Click on Administration tab.
  • Click Users under Shortcuts.
  • Locate the user and click the Edit button next to user.
  • Click on Advanced tab.
  • Select the holiday calendar to the correct holiday calendar that applies.
  • Click Save.
