How to enable ‘User Preferences’ for External Users?

To enable user preferences for External Users, follow the steps given below:

  • Log in into Web TimeSheet with administrative privileges.
  • Click on Permissions under Shortcuts on the left pane of the screen.
  • Click on the External User tab.
  • Edit the permission by clicking on the name.
  • In the Edit Permissions screen, click on the System tab.
  • Expand the Settings tree by clicking on the '+' sign.
  • Check the option Preferences.
  • Click on Save.
