How to create permissions for external users?

To create new permissions for External Users, follow the steps given below:

  • Log in as administrator.
  • Click on Administration, from the top menu.
  • Click on Permissions under User / Department in the left menu.
  • In the Permission screen click on External User.
  • Click Add on the External User Permission page.
  • Select the sub-permission types.
  • Click Save.
