No, it is not possible to send a Welcome message with a user name and password using the Broadcast Notification for individual users.
Welcome email notification is specifically meant for new users. When a new user is added, an notificaion email is sent to the newly added user with the login link, user name and password.

You may broadcast e-mail messages to any or all users in your system. Broadcasting messages is an effective way to notify users of system upgrades, timesheet changes , project status, or news about your organization.

Note: Web TimeSheet saves all information from the last sent broadcast message.

To broadcast an e-mail message, follow the steps given below:

  • Open the Broadcast E-mail message page.
  • Select Administration from the top menu.
  • Select Broadcast under Communications in the side menu.
  • From the To Department field, select the department to send the e-mail to.
  • (Only users from the selected department, with the Receive e-mail sent through the broadcast functionality enabled in the Email section of their user profile will receive the message.)
  • To send the message to users in the sub-departments of the selected department, enable the Include Sub-Departments option.
  • Specify the Reply To address that should be used by users when replying to the broadcast.
  • Enter the subject and body text of the e-mail message.
  • Click Send. (The message will be sent immediately).

Note: All broadcast text (all fields) will be saved until the next broadcast message is sent.
