All the users are not visible in the Users page as the users are listed under various departments. To view all the users we will have to enable Include sub-departments to show users from all the departments, otherwise by default it will show users associated at the Company level or root department level. To see all the users in the Users page, follow the steps given below:

  • Log into Web TimeSheet.
  • Click on Administration in the top menu.
  • In the left menu under Users/Departments click on Users.
  • In the Users page, check the box beside Include sub-departments.
  • In the Department column becomes visible only if the box beside Include sub-departments is checked.

Note: We will be able to see the users only if the user permission has been enabled.
