How to add an Employee ID to an External User in Web TimeSheet?

To edit an External User in Web TimeSheet and to update the user's employee ID, follow the steps given below:

  • Log in to Web TimeSheet as an administrator.
  • Select Administration from the top menu.
  • Under the Users/Departments section in the left menu, select Users.
  • Click on the External Users tab.
  • In the Clients section, highlight the client to whom the external user is assigned currently.
  • On the right pane, double click on the external user.
  • In the Edit External User page, fill in the employee ID next to the Employee ID field.
  • Click Save.
