Custom Columns are based on text fields and hence custom columns can only be created on Text based reports in Web TimeSheet and cannot be created on a graphical report or pivot reports. Custom Columns cannot be created for following report types:

  • Graphical reports
  • Pivot reports
  • Expense Sheet List report
  • Timesheet List report
  • Time Off History report

The Expense Sheet List and TimeSheet List report are printable versions of the Expense sheets and timesheets respectively. They do not have an option to select fields and hence we can not create a custom column. Time Off History report is also a hard coded report and hence there is no scope to create customized columns.
