By default the department name does not show up on the Users. If we want to populate all the users and also view their departments at the same time, we will have to check off 'Include sub-departments'.

To see all the users in the Users page, follow the steps given below:

  • Log in to Web TimeSheet.
  • Click on Administration in the top menu.
  • In the left menu under Users/Departments click on Users.
  • In the Users screen, check the box beside Include sub-departments.
  • Department column becomes visible only if the box beside Include sub-departments is checked.
