The number of hours users are required to enter during each work week. The start and end days of each user's work week are defined in their user profile. These weeks may not correspond to their timesheet period. Therefore, for each timesheet, Web TimeSheet will validate all full work weeks that include one or more days that fall within the timesheet period.
Your organization uses a Monthly timesheet period. The user's work week runs from Sunday to Saturday, and April 1st is a Thursday. For the user's April timesheet, the following work weeks will be independently validated:
Sunday, March 28 to Saturday, April 3
Sunday, April 4 to Saturday, April 10
Sunday, April 11 to Saturday, April 17
Sunday, April 18 to Saturday, April 24
Sunday, April 25 to Saturday, May 1
Sunday, March 28 to Saturday, April 3 will also be validated for the March timesheet. Similarly, Sunday, April 25 to Saturday, May 1 will be validated for the May timesheet.
Note: For this condition, hours entered on days that fall outside the timesheet period may cause a timesheet to fail validation, since they may be included in validation.
