Multiple selection of values in a User Defined Filed filter can be achieved in Web TimeSheet. For example, if you have a drop down User Defined filed with multiple values included then, while running any report you can select to filter details based on multiple selection. To enable the User Defined Field filter, follow the steps given below:

  • Log into Web Timesheet.
  • Click on the Reports tab.
  • Select the Report that you want to run.
  • Click on the Settings button and then select the Filter tab.
  • Now search for the User Defined filed name and select it.
  • Click on Save.
  • The User Defined Filter will be activated, click on the drop down and select the required values.
  • Click on Run Report.
