Pivot reports are a special category of reports that use features of Microsoft Excel Pivot Table and Pivot Chart. They are easily customizable and can be used to generate graphical reports. Refer below for information about the pivot reports available in Web TimeSheet.
Provides a list of expenses incurred by Web TimeSheet users. Available only when Web Expense Seat is enabled.
Project Status – Cost Pivot:
Compares project actual and estimated cost to allow the project leader to track the projects progress.
Project Status – Hours Pivot:
Compares project actual and estimated hours to allow the project leader to track the projects progress.
Time Off Pivot:
Provides time off information for users and departments, including days/hours remaining, days/hours taken, and total days allowed.
Timesheet Billing Pivot:
Provides information about billable hours and the projects/tasks they were recorded under in users Timesheet.
Provides a chart comparing total billable, time off and non-billable hours worked for Web TimeSheet users.
Note: Project Status – Cost Pivot and Project Status – Hours Pivot can be assigned to External users.
