The quicker and efficient method to add a team member to multiple tasks, follow the steps given below:

  • Log into Web TimeSheet with appropriate rights to add a user to the task.
  • Click on the Projects tab on the top menu.
  • Select the Project(s) that you want to add the user to.
  • Click on the option Team in the Mass Edit category at the bottom of the page.
  • Select the user you want to add to the tasks.
  • Check the Allowed box against the tasks you want the user to be a team member.
  • Click on Save.
  • Confirm the changes.
