Specific users are unable to see the Holiday icons on their timesheet

The icons populate only if the user has been assigned the Holiday calendar in the user profile. To ensure that a Holiday Calendar is assigned to the users, ffollow the steps mentioned below:

  • Log into the Web TimeSheet as the administrator.
  • Click on the Administration icon on the top menu.
  • Click on Users on the left hand menu.
  • Click on the Edit icon next to the name of the user.
  • Click on Advanced when you are in the Edit User page.
  • Scroll down to Other section.
  • Assign the correct Holiday Calendar to the user.
  • Click on Save.
