Symptoms:
Bill Client option is not available  in the Expense Column Preferences page.

Cause:
This is most likely either Use billing Information is not selected in the System preferences or Web TimeSheet Project and Billing edition is not available.

Resolution:
Make sure you have Web TimeSheet Project and Billing edition and ensure to enable Use billing Information from the System Preferences. To enable this feature, follow the steps given below:

  • Log in as administrator.
  • Click on Administration tab from the top menu.
  • Under System, select System Preferences from the side menu.
  • Scroll down to the Usage segment under General tab, enable Use billing Information feature.
  • Click Save.
