The option Project Leader's Approval Required affects both the Timesheet and Expenses approval process. If this option is enabled both the timesheets and expenses would go to the Project Leader for his approval, provided the project leader is included in the Approval path. If the option is disabled both the timesheet and expenses will not go to the respective Project Leader. To enable/disable the option, follow the steps given below:

  • Log into Web TimeSheet with rights to edit a project.
  • Click on the Project tab on the top menu.
  • Edit the project you want to Enable/Disable this option.
  • In the Project Structure section, click on the name of the project.
  • In the Edit Project page, Enable/disable the option for Project Leader's Approval Required.
