This issue normally happens when you have added yourself as a substitute user for other user and selected all Forward Notifications. To disable the forward notification feature, follow the steps given below:

  • Login to Web TimeSheet with administrative privileges.
  • Click on the Administration tab from the top menu.
  • Click on Users under Shortcuts.
  • Click on the Edit button next to the users name (User from the whom email notifications are received).
  • Click on the Advanced tab.
  • Scroll down to Substitute User,
  • Click on Edit Substitute User.
  • Click the drop down under Forward Notifications.
  • Uncheck all the boxes under Forward Notifications.
  • Click on Done.
  • Click on Save.
