Under normal circumstances if a user does not submit a timesheet after the due date, the timesheet is considered overdue, and the period of that timesheet is highlighted in red in the calendar in the side menu of the Web TimeSheet. The only reason an overdue timesheet's period is not highlighted in red, in the side menu calendar, is, because the Web TimeSheet administrator or a user who has access to the Historical TimeSheets has deleted the user’s timesheet for that period. A timesheet deleted in this manner, does not get generated until the user clicks on a date for that period to generate it again. Hence, a timesheet that has not been generated cannot be overdue even if the due date has passed.
