How to enable user from ‘Managing Support Cases’ in the Web TimeSheet?

To enable users to Manage Support Cases of Web TimeSheet.

  • Log into Web TimeSheet with administrative privileges.
  • Click on the Administration tab in the top menu.
  • Find out the permissions associated with the users for whom the option has to be enabled.
  • Select the Permission under Users/Departments in the side.
  • Click the edit button beside the permission to be edited.
  • Click the '+' sign beside Administration.
  • Check the box next to Manage Support Cases.
  • Click on Save.

Note: A user enabled with this option should be able to see Manage Support Cases under Replicon section in the side menu.
