When you enter expenses against the project which was not associated with any clients then you can select <None> option in the Filter by field which will give you the list of projects which was not associated with any clients. To remove < None > option from the Filter by section, follow the steps given below:

  • Log into Web TimeSheet as the administrator.
  • Check the permissions associated with the user.
  • Let's say user is associated with Administrator permissions profile.
  • Click on Administration tab from the top menu.
  • Click on Permissions under Users/Departments at the side menu.
  • Edit Administrator permissions.
  • Expand Expenses.
  • Select Enter Expenses as Project Specific.
  • Click Save.

Note: You may have to log out and log back in for the changes to take effect.
