This error is usually returned when there is a port number mismatch. If the Web TimeSheet URL starts with HTTPS and the associated port number is 80, you may get this error message.

Ensure the port number associated with the Web TimeSheet is changed from 80 to 443 (if Web TimeSheet uses secure browser connection).
