When you login to Web TimeSheet, the following message appears on the page and there is no button to click on to accept the license agreement.
"This software is subject to the license agreement set forth in the license. Please read and agree to all terms before using this software"
The issue happens if there is no permission assigned to the user. The user need to have some permission to use the application. For example if a user has to enter time on his timesheet he needs to be given Timesheet permission or any other permission.
Your Web TimeSheet administrator has to assign permissions on your user profile depending upon the tasks you do after logging into the application.
