A permission profile can be deleted only if no users are assigned the permission. If permission is currently assigned to a user, you can disable (through editing) the permission for future use. To delete permission profiles:

  • Log into Web TimeSheet as the administrator.
  • Select Administration from the top menu.
  • Select Users/Departments > Permissions from the side menu.
  • Select the User or External User tab, depending on the type of permission you wish to delete.
  • Click the delete icon (x) next to the profile you want to delete.
