Symptoms:
After clicking the Purchase a Hosting Plan the application logs out.
 
Cause:
Browser specific issue on Internet Explorer 8.
 
Resolution:
To resolve this situation, follow the steps given below:
  • Enable compatibility view in Internet Explorer 8.
  • Enable Secured Browsing in the system preferences.
To enable compatibility view:
  • Click the Compatibility View button to display the website as viewed in Internet Explorer 7.
  • The Compatibility View button is located to the right of the Address Bar, next to the Refresh button.

  • Once this button is clicked all sites will be viewed as they would be viewed in IE7.
  • Click the Compatibility View button again to deactivate IE7 Compatibility mode, if necessary.
To enable secured browsing:
  • Log into Web TimeSheet as administrator. 
  • Click on Administration tab at the top. 
  • Click on System Preferences
  • Enable Use secure browser connections (https)
  • Click on Save.
